> Carpet Cleaning process – stages

1. Vacuuming
During this stage we vacuum carpets in order to remove dust and other debris with industrial vacuum machine. After finishing this stage the carpet is ready for next stage.

2. Pre-washing
During this phase the carpet is sprayed with detergent, while it is inspected for stains that need special care. By the end of this stage, the carpet is ready for washing.

3. Washing
During this phase machine uses its 6 brushes that rotate in high speed in order to achieve the best combination of production speed and high-quality, ecological cleaning.

4. Rinsing
The rinsing stage carries out the most demanding procedure of carpet cleaning, effortlessly. During this stage the rinsing part of the machine takes away dirt and soap.
Like the washing machine, the rinsing machine makes use of cutting edge technology.

5. Wringing
The wringing machine uses centrifugal force to take water away from the carpet. This procedure is very fast and very safe, since the carpet is not folded or stretched. At the same time, proper wringing dramatically reduces drying time, and assists the conservation of the vivid colors of the carpet.

6. Wrapping
After all stages are completed, the last one is wrapping. The wrapping table is the last machine in the production line, and is used for wrapping the carpet, after it is cleaned and dried. The wrapping table twirls the carpet uniformly into a roll, so that it will be ready for packaging.
